Efficiency Measurement of Cloud Service Providers Using Network Data Envelopment Analysis

An increasing number of organizations and businesses around the world use cloud computing services to improve their performance in competitive marketplace. However, one biggest challenges using is measurement selection best service providers (CSPs) based on quality (QoS) requirements [13] . To address this shortcoming article we propose a network data envelopment analysis (DEA) method measuring efficiency CSPs. When dimensions are taken into consideration, more comprehensive enabled where divisional reflected overall estimates. This helps managers decision makers make accurate decisions selecting services. In current study, non-oriented slacks-based measure (SBM) model conventional SBM with assumptions constant returns scale (CRS) variable (VRS) applied 18 The obtained results show superiority DEA they also demonstrate that proposed can evaluate rank CSPs much better than compared traditional models.
